One play stands out.....Chelsea/Barcelona over 2.5 -121 (pinnacle)..
Chelsea face two tasks in this game..they must win AND score goals. In the first leg they gave up two away goals, so they must get those back. They will have to open up their game and that will be playing with fire when your playing Barcelona. I think that will lead to lots of chances for both sides and
should see atleast three of them corss the line.....:drink:

guess we all like this one, THE highest scoring teams in europe, with one of them playing at very fast tempos, and one of them aiming for at least 2 goals, almost at full squads, game opens up a lot, great spot for the over and a great.

But scarab you can definately get a better price here, no reason to be shortpriced by as much as 4%, that's pinnacle's juice on the over, unders...

I am on the OVER as well. It does seem scary that so many people are on this but you have to believe that Chelsea will go all out to score and Barcelona is the DEADLIEST side in Europe on the counter attack.

Chelsea may sit back a bit in the first half and then open it up in the second half, which is when I believe most of the goals will come.

Mourinho has admitted that Chelsea will double mark Messi to try and neutralize Barcelona's offense, but what about Ronaldhino, Deco and Eto'o? It is odd that Mourinho would openly speak about tactics so this might just be a smoke-screen. Either way, Barcelona have too much offensive power and if Chelsea manage to score just once, this game definitely goes OVER.

What is making me nervous is, Mansion is not moving off -113. I believe this book gambles a lot. They seem to be willing to take all the over action they can get.

But I actually don't think Barcelona played all defense at all - but Chelski didn't play all attack until the last 10 minutes. Very disappointing!

Great analysis but where did you source it that they'd play defensively? I only got wind of it when i got the final line ups before the game and found out raikard was fielding van broihorst and olegere (sp?) as left and right backs. But about that time I d already placed the bet.

In any case what made the under here was that plus the fact that murinho made two horrible choices with daff and drogba, I mean when gudjonsen and crespo went in you could see the difference with crespo managing to keep barca's defenders more at him with his better dribbling ability when playing with the ball low, and gudjonsen managing to reclaim some of the non existent chelsie midfield.
